Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as litter boxes and pet fountains that have been used) may not be eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
