At Pets Apex Flow Labs, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for deals!

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Order page for more details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@apexflowlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
