How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $50; below that a flat rate shows at checkout. Orders process within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in the window listed on each product page, with tracking as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
What is your return and exchange policy?
30 days from delivery. One free exchange on an unused item, which covers the most common problem: the wrong harness or bed size. Defective items are replaced or refunded with return shipping on us.
How do I pick the right harness size?
Measure your dog's chest just behind the front legs and the neck where a collar sits, then use the Harness Fit Engine or the size chart on the product page. Between sizes, take the larger and adjust the straps.
Is anything on this site veterinary advice?
No. Our guides are general information about gear. If your pet is in pain, stiff, not eating or drinking normally, or you are unsure whether a product suits them, ask your vet first.
How do I contact you?
