Track Your Apex Flow Pets Order
Where your parcel is, how to read your tracking link, and what we do if tracking stalls or a delivery window passes.
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Open the order status link in that email, or paste the number into the carrier's site.
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or nothing arrived by the end of the delivery window, email support@apexflowlabs.com with your order number. We replace or refund. You do not chase the carrier; that is our job.
