Apex Flow Pets is operated by Apex Flow Labs ("we", "us"). By accessing pets.apexflowlabs.com or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers. By using the site you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

2. Products and pricing
Every price shown is the everyday price. We do not display inflated compare-at prices. We may change prices, and add or discontinue products, at any time. Product descriptions state what a product does and does not do; nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and a product is never a substitute for a veterinarian.

3. Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a price was displayed in error, or where a product is unavailable; if we cancel, you are refunded in full.

4. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Rates, processing times and delivery windows are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we do replace or refund items that are lost or arrive damaged.

5. Returns and refunds
Returns, size exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, one free size exchange on unused harnesses and beds, full refund or replacement on defective items.

6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product information accurate. If we discover an error in a description or price after you order, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

7. Intellectual property
The text, guides, images and logos on this site belong to Apex Flow Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except that our guides may be quoted with attribution and a link.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Flow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of products bought on it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
