Disclosures

Plain statements about how Apex Flow Pets works, so you can decide with the facts.
Who we are
Apex Flow Pets is a store run by Apex Flow Labs LLC in Galt, California. We select and sell products made by other manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer unless a product page says so, and we are not affiliated with the brands of the products we sell.
Dropshipping, delivery times and origin
We do not hold stock in our own warehouse. When you order, we pass the order to the supplier or fulfilment partner holding the item and they ship it to you, possibly from outside the United States, possibly in separate parcels. The delivery windows we publish are estimates from our suppliers’ experience, not guarantees. Details are on the Shipping Policy.
Reviews and ratings
This website does not display customer reviews or star ratings, and we do not publish testimonials. If we add reviews later they will be from real purchasers, we will not remove honest negative ones for being negative, and we will not pay for or write them ourselves.
Paid endorsements and affiliate links
We do not currently publish sponsored posts or affiliate links on this website. If we ever do, we will label them clearly next to the link. People who promote our products through the Apex Flow Affiliates program must disclose that relationship; if you see one that does not, please tell us.
Prices
We show one everyday price per item and do not show crossed-out “was” prices or countdown timers. Prices can change from week to week; the price shown on the page and at checkout when you order is the price you pay.
AI-assisted content
Some text on this site (including guides and product summaries), and some images and 3D scenes, are produced with the help of AI tools. They are general information and illustration, can contain mistakes, and are not professional advice. Product photos come from the manufacturers and suppliers.
Health and safety claims
We describe pet products by what they are and how they are built. Nothing here is veterinary advice, and we do not claim any product treats, cures or prevents a medical condition in an animal, or reduces anxiety as a clinical matter. No harness, leash, bed or fastener is escape-proof or chew-proof, and unless a product page says it was crash-tested by an independent party, no product here should be relied on to restrain a pet in a car crash. We have not independently tested the products. See Pet safety and supervision.
Research and “Product truth” summaries
When we summarize published research, it describes what was studied, usually with a specific device or setting. It does not mean a product we sell will give the same result. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Images and trademarks
Product photos are supplied by manufacturers or suppliers and used to show the item for sale. Trademarks belong to their owners. If you own an image or mark and want it removed, use Report a concern.
