Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Under that, a flat rate is added and shown at checkout, together with sales tax where it applies, before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay to us.

How orders are fulfilled

Apex Flow Pets does not keep inventory in its own warehouse. We pass each order to the supplier or fulfilment partner that holds the item, and they ship it to you, so items can come from a warehouse outside the United States and different items in one order can arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. Packaging and labels may show the supplier’s details rather than ours. If you want to know where a particular item will ship from, email us before you order.

Timing

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• After processing, delivery usually takes 3 to 11 business days depending on the item. Each product page states its own window where it differs.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier delays and peak seasons can make parcels late.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once the carrier scans the parcel, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. See Track your order.

If your order is late or lost

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or nothing has arrived by the end of the delivery window, email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number and we will replace or refund it. If we cannot ship an order within the time we stated, we will tell you and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Address mistakes

Check your address at checkout. Email us immediately if you notice a mistake; we can change it only if the order has not been handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

Damaged on arrival

Keep the packaging and email us a photo within 30 days. See Returns & Refunds.
